Asset library

Asset library: original files for pages and films

13 assets we made ourselves: shaders, design tokens, icons, logos, a music bed and a motion clip. One command copies an asset or a bundle into your folder, checks every file and writes down where each one came from.

Pull the page starter See the 13 assets

Pull with one command

  1. Download the pull tool. It is one file and needs Node 18 or newer, nothing else.

    curl -O https://tools.openkrill.app/library/pull.mjs
  2. Find an asset with plain words.

node pull.mjs search music for a film
  3. Pull an asset or a bundle into your folder.

node pull.mjs pull page-starter --out assets

The tool reads the manifest, checks the size and sha256 of every file before it writes any of them, and writes ASSETS.md with the licence and the origin of each asset next to the files. Its output is JSON, so an agent can read it. Run node pull.mjs help for every command.

Inside the agent-tools repo, run node packages/assets/src/cli.mjs with the same commands; it reads the files from the repo.

The 13 assets

Each card shows the preview, what the asset is for and where it came from. The id under each card is what you pull.

Preview of Last Table design tokens
tokens

Last Table design tokens

The colour, type, space, radius and motion variables of the Last Table look, light and dark, as one CSS file.

Origin: Values chosen by Agent Tools for the Last Table design system. The library copy drops the @font-face rules, so it loads no outside font; the font stacks fall back to system fonts. Source apps/site/public/last-table/tokens.css, first commit 5fc11fad.

1 file, 5.4 KB. pull tokens/last-table

Preview of Star field tile
texture

Star field tile

A 480 px seamless tile of cream and brass dots for a night-sky hero background, drawn by a seeded script.

Origin: Drawn by a seeded script (140 dots, fixed seed), so the file is reproducible. Source apps/site/public/last-table/star-field.svg, first commit d9e1a2cc.

1 file, 9.6 KB. pull texture/star-field

Preview of Night sky video poster
scene

Night sky video poster

A 480 x 270 SVG scene of a midnight sky with a brass arc, used as the still frame before a demo video plays.

Origin: Hand-written SVG by Agent Tools for the Last Table style guide. Source apps/site/public/last-table/poster.svg, first commit d9e1a2cc.

1 file, 938 B. pull scene/poster-sky

Preview of Rail icons
icons

Rail icons

12 stroke icons on a 24 px grid for a navigation rail: clock, home, guide, people, book, help, search, alert, plus, star, bars, database.

Origin: Drawn point by point on a 24 px grid by Agent Tools for this library, to replace rail icons whose shapes came from an outside icon set. Source packages/assets/src/rail-icons.mjs.

2 files, 5.2 KB. pull icons/rail

Preview of Agent Tools emblem
logo

Agent Tools emblem

A dome over a table with one brass star, on a midnight square: the Agent Tools logo for an icon or an end card.

Origin: Drawn by Agent Tools: the Last Table emblem from the page header, placed on a midnight square. Source apps/site/src/layout.ts, first commit d9e1a2cc.

1 file, 375 B. pull logo/agent-tools

Preview of Business Days logo
logo

Business Days logo

A 512 px calendar logo for the Business Days tool, used in Video Forge demo films and examples.

Origin: Hand-written SVG by Agent Tools for the first Video Forge demo. Source apps/site/public/samples/videoforge/bd-logo.svg, first commit 3596d58b.

1 file, 837 B. pull logo/business-days

Preview of Star field shader
shader

Star field shader

A slow WebGL2 star field for a hero: three depths of stars that drift and twinkle over a teal haze, with a CSS fallback.

Origin: Written from scratch in GLSL and JavaScript by Agent Tools from textbook techniques; no shader gallery or library code. Source packages/kit/shaders/effects/starfield.js, first commit 0283d6e4.

4 files, 17.5 KB. pull shader/starfield

Preview of Nebula shader
shader

Nebula shader

Slow teal and brass clouds from layered noise, for a calm full-width background or a film backdrop.

Origin: Written from scratch in GLSL and JavaScript by Agent Tools from textbook techniques; no shader gallery or library code. Source packages/kit/shaders/effects/nebula.js, first commit 0283d6e4.

4 files, 16.9 KB. pull shader/nebula

Preview of Completion burst shader
shader

Completion burst shader

A one-shot brass ring and sparks for the moment a task finishes; call play() to run it.

Origin: Written from scratch in GLSL and JavaScript by Agent Tools from textbook techniques; no shader gallery or library code. Source packages/kit/shaders/effects/burst.js, first commit 0283d6e4.

4 files, 17.2 KB. pull shader/burst

Preview of Film grain shader
shader

Film grain shader

A light moving film grain laid over a page or a frame, so flat colour reads like print.

Origin: Written from scratch in GLSL and JavaScript by Agent Tools from textbook techniques; no shader gallery or library code. Source packages/kit/shaders/effects/grain.js, first commit 0283d6e4.

4 files, 16.6 KB. pull shader/grain

Preview of 120 BPM music bed
sound

120 BPM music bed

A 29 s music bed in A minor at 120 BPM with a clear kick on every beat, so Video Forge can cut a film to its grid.

Origin: Synthesised by Agent Tools from sine waves and noise (kick, hat, bass, pad); no sample, loop or preset from anyone else. Source apps/site/public/samples/videoforge/bd-motion-track.m4a, first commit 78c2e2bb.

1 file, 554.7 KB. pull sound/beat-120

8 s of the nebula shader as a 1280 x 720 H.264 clip at 30 fps, for a film backdrop or a page video.

Origin: Exact frames of our nebula shader (t = 0 to 8 s) drawn in headless Chrome and encoded with ffmpeg. Source packages/kit/shaders/effects/nebula.js.

Bundles

A bundle pulls several assets with one id.

page-starter

What a new tool page needs for the Last Table look: tokens, the star field tile and shader for the hero, and the rail icons.

tokens/last-table, texture/star-field, shader/starfield, icons/rail

video-starter

What a Video Forge film needs that is not the product itself: a music bed on a 120 BPM grid, a moving backdrop and the end-card mark.

sound/beat-120, motion/nebula-drift, logo/agent-tools

A film made from pulled assets

Video Forge cut this 16 s film from the video-starter bundle: the nebula clip as the backdrop, the 120 BPM music bed and the emblem on the end card.

The pull took less than a second. The film request names the pulled files by their paths:

node pull.mjs pull video-starter --out .
"assets": {
  "bg":    { "kind": "video", "url": "motion/nebula-drift.mp4" },
  "music": { "kind": "audio", "url": "sounds/beat-120.m4a" },
  "mark":  { "kind": "image", "url": "logos/agent-tools.svg" }
}

Origin and licence

Every file is ours: written, drawn or synthesised by Agent Tools. The library holds no outside font, icon set, sound, model or texture. For each asset the manifest names the source file, the script that made it when there is one, and the commit that added it.

Original work by Agent Tools: every file was written, drawn or synthesised by us, and its origin is recorded in this manifest. Use it in Agent Tools pages and films. The shader code may also be copied into your own pages, as tools.openkrill.app/shaders says. A public licence for the other files is not chosen yet; ask support@openkrill.app before you use them elsewhere. No warranty.

This page uses the library the same way: the star field behind the title is the pulled shader, the icons in the steps come from the pulled icon sprite, and the film was made from a pull. As of 2026-10-07.
