Inbox Document Sort
Sort the inbox into sheet rows
Paste a business email or PDF text. Get one class, the fields, a sheet row, and a short briefing. A remittance can be checked against your open invoices.
One real sort
This row is the tool's own reading of a fictional purchase order, not a sample typed by hand. Source: the text on this page. Read on 2026-10-08. No charge.
Class purchase_order
PO PO-44021
Lot 14
Amount 640.00 dollars
Action Confirm the purchase order and put the visit on the schedule.
Sort a document
The same sort is the MCP tool sort_inbox at https://docsort.openkrill.app/mcp. A PDF goes to that tool as pdf_base64. Nothing is stored.
Frequently asked questions
Does it read my mailbox?
No. You paste an .eml file, a PDF, or the text. It never asks for a login and never stores the file.
What about a scanned PDF?
A text PDF is read here. A scan with no text layer is marked for review. Pass the words you already read as ocr_text. This service does not run a paid OCR model.
What does a remittance match mean?
Matched means the payment lines up with an open invoice. Short-paid means the payment is less. Missing means a payment has no open invoice, or an open invoice was not in the remittance.
