• 2 workers do the jobs, each in its own copy of your project, so one cannot break the other's work or your main copy.

We run this same shape for our own work every day. From 16 to 20 October 2026 our team finished 326 separate jobs and reported each one to a single phone. In those 5 days, only 15 reports needed a reply; the rest could wait until the morning.

Who it is for

How we set the price

We compared 9 public offers for a done-for-you agent team setup. They ask from 750 USD to 2,500 USD, and the middle offer asks about 1,500 USD. Our list price sits at that middle. The founding price sits below it because we are new to selling this.

Frequently asked questions

Why a pre-order and not a payment?

We are testing whether people want this before we open booking. A pre-order puts you in line and takes no money and no card. A person reads it and writes to you by hand within 2 business days, with the price that applies to you: the founding price goes to the first 5 pre-orders, in the order they arrive. You pay only if you go ahead, later, through Upwork, whose escrow holds the money until you approve the setup. Upwork adds its own client fee on top of the price.

Who pays for the AI models?

You do, directly to the provider, with your own subscriptions or API keys. We never hold your keys on our side and add no fee to model use. In the 1:1 session we show you where to see what the team spent.

What machine does it need?

A Mac mini or another Mac that stays on, a Linux mini PC, or a VPS you rent in your own name. 16 GB of memory is comfortable for a planner and 2 workers. We do not sell or resell hardware.

What happens in the 1:1 session?

90 minutes on a video call, after the setup is done. We run one real job of yours through the team together: you write the brief, watch the planner split it, read the phone reports and approve the result. You leave knowing how to brief, pause and restart the team.

Can the agents break something?

They can make mistakes, so the setup keeps them small. Workers never touch your main copy directly, nothing is merged until it passes a review step, and anything that spends money, deletes data or messages a person waits for your yes on the phone.

Do I need to code?

No, but you should be fine typing one command when the runbook says so. The team works best on jobs you can describe in a few sentences and check when they are done: code changes, research, drafts, reports.

What we keep from these forms

OpenKrill keeps what you send (your email, and for a pre-order your name, start month and note) in its own database, not in a mailing tool. We use it only to answer your pre-order or send the one note you asked for. The basis is your consent: withdraw it any time by writing to us, and we delete your row. We never sell it and never add you to another list. Every row is deleted 90 days after you send it, or sooner if you ask.

The company that runs our server stores the data for us, as our processor, and we share it with no one else. The data may be stored or read outside the EU or UK: write to us to ask where, and under which safeguard. Our legal name and postal address are in our first reply, or on request.
