OnChainDiligence is independent evidence and reconciliation infrastructure for autonomous-agent payments. It does not custody funds, hold signing keys, or execute payments. It lets agents and developers inspect a proposed payment against caller-supplied policy, retrieve signed receipts, and independently verify receipt evidence. Provider claims and independently observed evidence remain explicitly separated.
