Pine Labs Payments Assistant connects Claude to your Pine Labs merchant account so you can ask questions about your payments data in plain language and get straight answers — without hopping between dashboards. Once connected, you can: Look up orders and transactions — find an order by Pine Labs order ID or your own merchant reference, pull orders and refunds over a date range, or search a transaction by ID, and see full status and payment-method breakdown.
