PopHIVE provides harmonized US public health surveillance data from the Yale School of Public Health. Ask about respiratory disease activity (RSV, flu, COVID, measles), chronic disease prevalence (diabetes, obesity), injury trends (overdose, firearm, heat illness), and childhood vaccination coverage across US states and counties. Signals are synthesized from CDC systems, Epic Cosmos, wastewater monitoring, Google Health Trends, and more.
