Your clients have not checked yet
Gmail and Yahoo have required SPF, DKIM and DMARC from bulk senders since February 2024, and Outlook since May 2025. Many small companies still miss one of the three. On 2026-10-11 we read the mail records of 1,000 UK company domains: 154 of the 892 that receive mail publish no DMARC record at all, and 306 more ask for no action.
A list of 50 client domains takes one paste and a few seconds. The partner who runs it first finds the fix work before the bounce does.
We build live-data tools for AI agents, with a human check on the result. This check is one of them, and a person writes every fix you order.
Check your client list now, free
Paste up to 50 domains, one per line. Each one gets the SPF, DKIM and DMARC check our Domain Mail Check tool runs on public DNS. A list of 50 took 6 seconds in our test.
What the check cannot see: a custom DKIM selector name (it tries the 10 common names), blocklists, the sending server and what the emails say. If you use an AI agent, it can send the same list as JSON: POST {"domains": [...]} to https://api.openkrill.app/v1/mailfix/batch.
What the white-label PDF holds
- Your logo, name and contact line at the top of every page, and "Prepared for" your client.
- A summary of how many domains need a fix, how many pass and how many do not exist.
- An overview table of SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every domain, worst first.
- For each domain that fails: what is wrong in plain words and what to fix first.
- A short glossary of the three records, and what the check cannot see, so your client can read it without a call.
No OpenKrill name, link or logo appears in the report. The sample PDF above is a real check of 5 public domains on 2026-10-13, under the placeholder brand "Your Company".
The partner price, batch by batch
The check and the white-label PDF are free. You pay when a client wants the fix: a person reads each result and writes the exact DNS records to paste, and one re-check follows once they are in.

Who this is for
IT provider for small offices: you look after 20 to 200 client domains and want a mail health line in every quarterly review.
SEO or web agency: you add a mail check to a site audit and hand over one report under your brand.
Deliverability consultant: you check a client's sending domains before a campaign and keep the fixes as billable work.
Not a fit if you need a server taken off a blocklist or a new domain warmed up: neither is included.
