Check your domain first, free
Type your domain to see what passes and what fails right now. It is a free check of public DNS, the same one our Domain Mail Check tool runs, and you see the result before you pay anything.
What it cannot see: a custom DKIM selector name, unless you type it above (without one it tries the 10 common names; the name is the s= value in the DKIM-Signature header of an email you sent), blocklists, your sending server and what your emails say. The fix itself is done by a person, who reads this result and sends you the records.
What you get
- A check of SPF, DKIM and DMARC for each domain with our Domain Mail Check tool, read by a person.
- A plain list of what fails and why mail is rejected or lands in spam, such as the Gmail bounce 550 5.7.26.
- The exact records to paste, as host, type and value for any DNS host: one SPF record that covers every service that sends for you, a DMARC record that starts at p=none, and the DKIM steps for your mail provider, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- DKIM is found by the selector your provider uses. We check the common ones; if yours is custom, we ask you for one header from a sent email.
- One re-check after you apply the records, so you know they pass.
Good to know
We never ask for your DNS or mail login: you or your IT person paste the records. Not included: removing a server from a blocklist, warming up a new domain, or writing your emails.
