How it works

Send the quote form with your products. We confirm the fixed price within 1 business day, and the payment waits in escrow on Upwork or Deel until you approve the sheet. The first pass uses our free Tariff Code Finder and Shop Duty Desk tools; you pay for the person who checks and completes each line.

Good to know

Not a customs ruling: your customs broker confirms the code before you declare goods. Not included: filing the entry, a bond, or advice on how to value your goods.

Is this a customs ruling?

No. It is a checked suggestion with the reason for each code. Your customs broker confirms the code before you declare goods, and for a binding answer you ask US Customs (CBP) for a ruling.

Does the landed cost include the extra tariffs on goods from China?

Yes, when they apply. The free tools read the general rate only; the person who checks each line adds the chapter 99 duties in force that day (the Section 301 duties and the other extra duties) from the official schedule and names each one.

What do I send?

For each product: what it is, the main material, what it is used for, the country it is made in, the unit value and the shipping cost per unit. A product link or photo helps.
